Database Index Design division of ABLE Information Services, in partnership with
Tapio Lahdenmäki S.P., presents database performance training that is affordable,
flexible and adaptable to your students’ needs.

FEES:

TL120 Cost-Saving Database Index Design is a 2-day course.

The student fee is US$ 690 per person. Fees include course materials, morning and
afternoon hot beverages; however travel, lodging and meals are the student’s responsibility.

PUBLIC CLASS DISCOUNTS:

If two or more students attend together from the same firm, agency or non-profit I.T. User Group
or I.T. Association then a 10% discount is applied, and the class fee per person is US$ 621.

Qualifying non-profit organizations with paid employment of fewer than 100 staff will be offered a
discounted fee for each student, US$ 586.

PRIVATE CLASS DISCOUNTS

Contact ABLE for substantial discounts for private classes or semi-private classes.

 

REGISTRATION, Substitution and Cancellation rules:

Registration through our training site partners is subject to their rules.

When registering through this ABLE site you agree to the following.
Registrations must be received prior to 7 days before the start of the class; late registration incurs a $50 late fee.
We try to honor late registrations if there is sufficient space, but do not come to the class without an approved
registration letter (or the one for the student for which you are substituting). An e-mail notice of a cancellation
must be received prior to 7 days before the start of the class; late cancellation incurs a $50 late fee.
There is no charge for substitution of another student but we must receive an e-mail notification
no later than 1 day before class start.

ABLE Information Services reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment by notifying
all students by e-mail 10 days before class start and returning any fees paid. Cancellation of any class
for other reasons beyond our control shall result in refunds of any registration fees paid, or you may request
a credit voucher for the next class offered in that city.

GUARANTEE: If any student is dissatisfied with the class in any way at the end of the first day,
he or she may return all materials to the instructor and you will receive a refund or credit on our invoice.
   We'll ask for the reason but we will not dispute the student's decision.

PAYMENT and Registration Form:

Payment must be presented with registration or at class start. We accept check, approved credit card, or
manager approved corporate purchase order. Please present your approved registration letter or e-mail at class start.
Make checks payable to: ABLE INFORMATION SERVICES.
Returned checks will be charged a $50 fee.

Any student who presents a valid reason for dissatisfaction in the course or its presentation shall receive a refund
upon return of the course materials.

Your Privacy       

ABLE Information Services and Database Index Design have a privacy policy that insures information
you send us will be maintained confidentially at our firm and not sold, rented, shared or given to any other party
except those business partners that help us conduct the class. While attending the class you may ask the business
partner firm to delete your information after the class is over, after billing is complete and payment is received.
We will not send you e-mails using the address you provide us except concerning your course registration
and future courses that may be of interest to you or your associates. Should any such mailings
be unwanted in the future, simply contact us and say "Remove my name." [v080323]
